What is Aromatherapy?

It is a holistic therapy that uses flowers essential oils extracted from natural plants to stimulate the body's potential for self-healing and comprehensively heal the health of the body and the harmony of the soul.

What is Essential Oil?

It is a plant essence extracted from roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, resin and other parts of a single higher plant in nature. Its concentration is about 70 times that of the original plant. The natural plant essential oil penetrates the skin and enters the bloodstream particularly well, and the power of penetration has a pivotal effect. The time required for absorption may be between 10 and 60 minutes, unlike traditional skin care products that must pass through the electronic chemical effects of electronic equipment to enter the deep skin.

The average person will think of "oil" whenever they see plant essential oils. In fact, plant essential oil is not "oil", it is the most important ingredient in aromatherapy. It is extracted from the flowers, leaves, fruits, roots or bark of various plants using some high-tech methods. It contains the motive force of plant life hormones, so popularly speaking, plant essential oils are plant hormones. There are many records in Chinese herbal medicine books. Li Shizhen's "Compendium of Materia Medica" shows that the plants are very medicinal and can be used to make various medicines and treat various human problems, such as burns, scalds, fever, vomiting, heat stroke and other diseases. This is because plants and humans have a similar structure, and the comparison of plant essential oils with these herbs is that plant essential oils are 50 to 70 times more effective than these herbs. Therefore, understanding amethyst fragrance oil is equivalent to understanding the medicinal properties of various plants, and you can use plant essential oils to replace Chinese herbal medicines in daily life for prevention, health, and health care. And the production of essential oil is relatively simple, we can use various flowers and plants around us in daily life to make homemade diffuser oil.
