What is Aromatherapy?

 

It is a holistic therapy that uses flowers essential oils extracted from natural plants to stimulate the body's potential for self-healing and comprehensively heal the health of the body and the harmony of the soul.

 

What is Essential Oil?

 

It is a plant essence extracted from roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, resin and other parts of a single higher plant in nature. Its concentration is about 70 times that of the original plant. Some ways to use aromatherapy in daily life

 

Inhalation

 

Add 6 drops of essential oil to the high-temperature hot water in a small basin, and then inhale the vaporized essential oil molecules with a towel over your face to achieve the therapeutic effect (also known as nasal smelling method). If you have a cold or a nose, you can add 1 drop of mint, 2 drops of Eucalyptus and 2 drops of orange blossom.

 

Bath Therapy (Hydrotherapy)

Foot bath

 

Infiltrate your feet in warm water mixed with essential oils and rinse them with cold water after 15 to 20 minutes to relieve fatigue and treat your feet. For example, 3 to 4 drops of ginger oil can promote blood circulation and relax the body. 2 drops of tea tree + 1 drop of lavender can cure beriberi and odor.

Addition

 

In addition to the use of essential oils for aromatherapy, we often see other uses of essential oils. For example, use essential oils to make strong scented candles. In cafes, tea houses and other leisure places, the interior will usually be filled with a light fragrance. Because in the room inside, you will order fragrant candles to decorate the space and refresh the air. Or use essential oil to make decoration scented clay and place it in a small container. It can be placed in the car to remove the smell of gasoline. It can also be given as a gift to others, and can also be placed in the room.
