DIY Flower Power Scented Wax Sachets

Before making small sachet bags, you need to prepare materials such as candle wax paraffin (for pillars), silicone mold, essential oils or perfumes, flowers and herbs, twine and straw.

Step One

You need to melt the wax completely, for this you need to prepare a pot. First, you need to boil a pot of boiling water, then put a bowl in the boiling water, and then put the wax into the bowl. After waiting for about half an hour, the wax will melt completely. When the wax is completely melted, pour it into a silicone mold. You can use a round silicone mold, which will not only facilitate the removal of wax from the mold, but also make it look better.

Step Two

You need to put about five drops of perfume or essential oil into the mold. You need to complete this process quickly, because perfume has a lower temperature than wax, and when the perfume comes into contact with the wax, the wax may solidify. Therefore, it is best to add perfume while stirring the wax, which can effectively prevent the wax from solidifying. You can use a toothpick or disposable chopsticks to stir the wax. In this step, you can add perfumes or essential oils with different smells according to your preferences.

Step Three

In this step, you can add some petals or leaves you like to the mold. For example, you can add roses, calendula, lavender, carnations and other flowers to the mold. This not only makes the scented bags for drawers more beautiful, but also adds some floral fragrance to the fragrance pouch. Tip: You can buy these flowers directly in the store, or you can collect them yourself in the grassland or forest.

Step Four

You need to seal the flowers in the mold, so you need to pour some melted wax into the mold again. In this way, these petals can be kept in wax for a long time without fading. After you pour the wax, you need to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour for the wax to fully solidify.

Step Five

When the wax is completely solidified, you need to remove it from the mold. You can poke a few small holes on the surface. After that, you can put it in a bag, and you will have a dried lavender bag.

Step Six

You can sew several ropes on the lavender satchel so you can seal the lavender sachet bag. You can also directly hang it indoors or in the car.
